Bi-coloured synthetic lace fabric in medium blue and pale blue, with a fun floral design that reminds me of bubbles. The wavy columns of the design run down the length of the fabric (i.e. parallel to selvedge), with a small scalloped border along both selvedges. I'm guessing it's meant to be used cross-grain, so that the "waves" go across the body. The design has a slightly raised or corded effect along the outlines. It feels like a typical lace and is quite soft and non-scratchy. Has good drape. Of course, it's transparent. Suitable for tops, blouses, dresses, and tees, or mix-and-match with contrasting or matching solid fabric for accent yokes, sleeves, etc.
