130gsm purple multi check cotton linen, by metre

Yarn-dyed cotton/ linen blend (more cotton than linen) herringbone weave fabric.  Just four colours of yarn make up all the colours visible in this plaid: soft yellow, light cornflower blue, milky pink, dark purple.  Fabric is soft and smooth for a linen blend, and comfortable against the skin.  It has a slightly "fuzzy" surface and dry hand-feel.  Please note, this fabric is likely to crinkle up somewhat after washing.  It has a good amount of soft drape and a little body, and is relatively unstructured.  The lighter-coloured areas are just slightly translucent.  Suitable for a range of garments such as tops, blouses, shirts, dresses, skirts, sleepwear, and kids wear.
