Linen/ tencel blend fabric with a printed stripe design in natural white (but see the note below) and dark navy blue. The stripes run down the length of the fabric (parallel to the selvedge), but I think you could use this fabric on the cross-grain or on the bias, if you prefer the stripes running in a different direction. This fabric is very smooth, soft and comfortable on the skin, and feels slightly cool to the touch. It has movement to it and very good, fluid drape, along with some body and structure from the linen content. Opaque on the skin except the white stripes which are slightly translucent. Suitable for clothing such as tops, blouses, shirts, tunics, dresses, bottoms, and sleepwear.
*Note: I've been informed that the blue colour runs so please do soak (by machine, or agitate it occasionally if soaking by hand) and/or wash before sewing up. The unprinted white fabric will likely take up some blue dye.
