Note: Photos show pre-washed fabric, but the fabric you receive will be new/ not washed. This is a plain-weave viscose fabric with some linen content, closely woven and similar to a shirting fabric. The colour is light yellow, with fine criss-crossing slubs visible in the fabric. It feels smooth and very soft (has no linen-y texture), with a slightly dry and cool hand-feel. It does feel sturdier in the hand than a pure viscose fabric. Has very good drape with some body and a little structure. Slightly translucent, suitable for shirts, blouses, tops, lined dresses and bottoms, or kids wear. Not wrinkle resistant.
