165gsm dark navy stretch cotton seersucker, by metre

Stretch cotton seersucker fabric from Japan, in a matte dark navy colour.  The scale of the seersucker is on the small side.  The base material is not thick, but the overall fabric is opaque on the skin.  Suitable for many different garments: tops, blouses, mens and ladies' shirts, dresses, even pants if you like, and kids wear.  I think it would also make a nice playsuit/ jumpsuit.  This fabric has structure and quite a good drape.  It feels slightly dry to touch.  It dpes have a cottony feel, but it is not “soft” per se due to the crisp seersucker texture.
