Note:
Although this fabric is pre-washed, I suggest washing it by itself at least a couple times as it'll probably release some red fibres.
Defect:
Fabric is discounted as one selvedge has slightly off-colour strips running down it, up to 33cm from the selvedge edge at the most affected point (see 4th photo). I'll begin cutting from the *least* affected end.

Pure linen fabric which is not pre-softened, fairly close to a true red in colour (leans slightly warm in certain lights), with a somewhat “dusty” appearance.  Fabric is not scratchy, but it does feel rather "hard" (not soft).  It will gradually soften over time with repeated washing.  Fabric has good drape and body, and is slightly translucent over contrasting colours.  Suitable for a wide range of garments (tops, dresses, bottoms), as well as for crafts.  Do note that this is seconds quality fabric - please check the 'Defect' details listed above.
