Viscose fine twill-weave fabric with a few percent of nylon for strength. The colour is a muted soft mauve (dusty pink-lilac colour) with some inherent “glow” to it. Fabric feels smooth, soft, and slightly cool and dry to the touch - quite close to a tightly-woven cotton or cotton/ nylon. Has moderate drape, structure, and body. Just slightly translucent over contrasting colours. Suitable for a wide range of garments from dresses and jumpsuits to bottoms (pleated pants, shorts, skirts , etc.), tops, thicker shirts, lightweight jackets, kids wear, even tote bags. Please note the defects in this seconds-grade fabric: Each cut has one or two creases parallel and near to one selvedge which run down the length of the fabric (please check the purchasing options for the exact affected width). The rest of the fabric/ width is totally fine, so this is a good option if your pattern pieces don't make use of the full width anyway. Take note that the creases are most likely permanent and will not wash out. The creased fabric can still be used in less visible areas of your garment, such as linings or pocket bags.
