Viscose/ polyamide voile-weight fabric with a squiggly abstract design in soft leaf green and antique ivory. The base fabric has a raised bar or stripe-like effect woven into it. It is very soft, smooth overall with a slight texture from the weave, and slightly cool to the touch. Slightly translucent, fluid and airy, with some body and very good drape, especially for being so lightweight. Suitable for clothing such as blouses, airy shirts, and lined dresses and skirts. Fabric is slightly wrinkle resistant. It has a bit of sheen to it in some lights.
General info:
All fabrics in this update are woven of plant-based fibres in one direction, and polyamide/ nylon in the other direction (typically the warp or lengthwise yarns). Polyamide adds strength, body, and stability, without adding too much weight. The plant-based fibres take colour well and keep the fabric feeling softer against the skin. One thing I like about this type of fabric is that it drapes well yet tends to skim the body, rather than cling to it.
