Viscose/ polyamide voile-like fabric in creamy off-white with a botanical print in soft greyish green. It is fine-textured, very smooth, quite soft, and slightly cool to the touch. Has a subtle, gently crinkled look along the weft. It has very good drape, a good amount of airy body, and some structure. Slightly translucent. Suitable for clothing such as airy shirts and blouses, tops, lined dresses and pants, even lightweight outerwear with some shape to it. The fabric is thin but sturdy.
General info:
All fabrics in this update are woven of plant-based fibres in one direction, and polyamide/ nylon in the other direction (typically the warp or lengthwise yarns). Polyamide adds strength, body, and stability, without adding too much weight. The plant-based fibres take colour well and keep the fabric feeling softer against the skin. One thing I like about this type of fabric is that it drapes well yet tends to skim the body, rather than cling to it.
