Merino wool/ nylon/ elastane blend jersey which looks to be either a greyish dark navy or a slightly blueish dark grey, depending on the light. This fabric is soft, smooth, and comfortable against the skin. It has fairly good drape with a touch of structure. It is opaque on the skin when unstretched. The cut edges do curl a bit as it's a stretchy single knit. This is deadstock from an outdoor wear brand (click here to view all fabric from this brand), and is suitable for cool or cold weather activewear for adults or kids, base layers, tees, blouses, sleepwear, inner wear, etc. Fabric can be machine-washed in cold water, but tumble drying is not recommended for longevity.
Wool is naturally odour-resistant, breathable, moisture-wicking (so it dries really quickly), and temperature-regulating. I personally can't wear regular sheeps wool, but I find the wool fabrics in the shop comfortable to wear and non-scratchy at all. Still, please buy with care if your skin is very sensitive.
