Petrol blue lyocell nylon ponte 227gsm, by metre

Lyocell/ nylon/ elastane blend ponte fabric in a deep petrol blue with a slight sheen in some lights.  Ponte is a double knit fabric that is relatively more stable and retains its shape better than most knits, whilst still having good stretch (usually the "firm" type of stretch).  This ponte feels smooth overall with a hint of texture from the knit structure, slightly slippery, and cool to the touch.  Has very good drape with moderate structure.  Not thick, but is opaque on the skin.  Suitable for bottoms such as culottes, thin jumpsuits, dresses, tops, or tees with a bit of structure.  Quite wrinkle resistant.
