Wool fine rib stretch knit dark navy 177gsm, by metre

Merino wool/ elastane fine rib knit in dark navy colour.  This is quite a thin fabric - it is basically opaque on the skin but becomes slightly translucent when it is stretched.  Merino wool is finer than regular sheeps wool.  I personally can't wear regular sheeps wool at all, but I find this fabric comfortable to wear and not scratchy - still, please buy with care if your skin is very sensitive.  Fabric feels slightly dry and "springy" in the hand.  Has good drape.  Suitable for clothing such as cardigans, thin turtleneck tops, lightweight sweaters, etc.  Leftovers could be used for a cowl or scarf.
