This is an interesting tencel/ ramie blend fashion fabric in a raspberry pink colour with a touch of inherent lustre. The fabric was probably pigment dyed, with the colour being a bit uneven, especially near the selvedges (see 5th photo for example). Base fabric is technically a half crepe as the warp yarns are slightly twisted, but it handles very much like a rayon challis and is similarly comfortable against the skin. It feels a little cool and dry to the touch. Fabric has very good drape and movement, with some body to it. It is densely woven of fine yarns, and is just slightly translucent over high-contrast colours. It also has a very subtle criss-crossing texture when viewed from some angles, but is basically smooth to the touch without any typical ramie (linen-like) texture. Suitable for tops, blouses, flowy shirts and tunics, dresses and skirts (with lining as needed), or even sleepwear. It could also be used as a lining for a lightweight fashion fabric such as lace.
