Merino wool/ nylon/ elastane blend yarn-dyed jersey - mainly wool with a small amount of nylon and elastane.  The colour is a mix of light aqua blue and cream.  This fabric is smooth for wool, very soft and fine-textured, with a somewhat plush hand-feel.  Slightly translucent over contrasting colours.  The cut edges do curl a bit as it's a stretchy single knit.  This is deadstock from an outdoor wear brand (click here to view all fabric from this brand), suitable for clothing such as thin base layers and tees, sleepwear, and inner wear.  Fabric can be machine-washed in cold water, but tumble drying is not recommended for longevity.

Wool is naturally odour-resistant, breathable, moisture-wicking (so it dries really quickly), and temperature-regulating.   I personally can't wear regular sheeps wool, but I find the wool fabrics in the shop comfortable to wear and non-scratchy.  Still, please buy with care if your skin is very sensitive.
